That Alpha Hopper

This brew project highlights iconic American hops, known for their high alpha acids (bittering ability) and intense aroma profiles. We have used our award winning West Coast IPA recipe to produce four single hop IPAs, targeting the same IBUs (in the 60s) and using equal amounts of dry hopping in each batch(3g/L). Canned, for better stability, these beers are to be enjoyed fresh out of your favourite beer glass.
